Bailey in September 1941 to people around the globe at a time of extreme suffering during World War II.
We need to see “…the organizing of the men and women of goodwill in every land so that eventually they can set the note of world goodwill for the new world order. Some of this work was started in 1934. Much lies ahead, demanding attention, and will have to be accomplished in a period much more difficult than the pre-war period. The nucleus of this group exists, and among them the livingness of goodwill is still unimpaired.” (from The Externalisation of the Hierarchy, pages 323-324)
Plus, the following quotation comes from Esoteric Astrology by Alice A. Bailey, via her teacher the Tibetan Master D.K.:
“The Shamballa force…this will aspect will evoke the will-to-good and the will-to-build and to this humanity will respond on a large scale. Thus, the evil which is now being spread abroad by the opponents of the Forces of Light will be neutralized by the fixed intention of the men and women of goodwill to work for the good of the whole and not for any one part.” (Esoteric Astrology, page 520, published initially in 1951)
