Midpoints What are midpoints? They are the middle points in the zodiac in your birth chart between any pair of celestial bodies or a celestial body and a key angle in your birth chart, for example your Ascendant-Descendant axis or MC-IC axis. In addition, there is a near midpoint and, opposite in the zodiac, a far midpoint. Some people have clusters of midpoints in sync with a very important celestial body. Plus, there are several dozen of them in any horoscope as well as in transits and progressions.
