The US Election chart – calculated for the evening of Tuesday November 3 – has just been discussed at the end of podcast 62 and is presented as a horoscope wheel on our website.
The original November election time, March presidential inauguration and July 4 USA birthday trinity or grand triangle of dates was changed starting in January 1937 with an amendment to the U.S. Constitution to shift the presidential inaugurals from the traditional date of March 4 to January 20.

My features in WTPE newspaper/magazine entitled The Forgotten Cycle concerning Pluto moving inside Neptune’s orbit every 247 years for approximately 20 years – where some of the key qualities of these planets change because of their movement in the solar system. Examples: Pluto was inside Neptune’s orbit at the time of the birth of Jesus; when our first three presidents – George Washington, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson were born between 1732 and 1751 – Pluto was inside Neptune’s orbit and, most recently, between 1979 and 1999, Pluto was inside Neptune’s orbit when dozens of major national and global changes occurred. This change of Pluto and Neptune creates an enormous influence on politics, government, economics, education, the environment, culture and society, and in every field of experience.
My being invited to the Inaugurations of Jimmy Carter in 1977 and Bill Clinton in 1993 and how and why that happened, plus Welcome to Planet Earth magazine being received by President Clinton and Vice President Gore between 1993 and 2000.
Most Important – There is always a Higher Destiny Purpose once whatever person is president must fulfill or rise to the occasion to deal with Examples: JFK and RFK help save the country during the Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962; Nixon as Scapegoat (Sun in Capricorn) for all previous presidential mistakes and abuse; Donald Trump’s extremely powerful astro-ties to the USA chart teach Americans about the fragility of Democracy, and the significance and importance of Checks and Balances of the 3 Branches of Government; my idea of the need for a group – 24 Wise Men and Women – to look over every candidate spiritually, psychologically, medically, etc., for Fitness to Serve.
