Global Hot Spot: The Scorpio New Moon on November 4, 2021

In the hours preceding this merger of the solar and lunar orbs, the dark-of-the-moon phase points you toward completing old projects that you’ve been working on during the last four weeks. The Sun forming a 72-degree connection with Pluto in Capricorn (10:35am) can keep your spirits up as you pursue profound metaphysical studies. Once the New Moon takes effect, it make sense to expect the unexpected as the Moon opposes Uranus in Taurus (2:27pm) just 11 minutes after the solar-lunar embrace and then the annual Sun-Uranus opposition brings another wave of uncertainty at 4:59pm. Be ready to go with the cosmic flow as two planets and the lunar orb shift their zodiacal sign placements — Venus enters earthy Capricorn (3:45am), Mercury enters watery Scorpio (3:36pm) and the Moon starts a void-of-course cycle at 9:11am and then enters fiery Sagittarius (5:53pm). The Venus move into the last earth sign of the zodiac lasts until March 5, 2022 (when it enters Aquarius) due to a future six-week retrograde cycle starting on December 19 and ending on January 29. The Mercury in Scorpio transit lasts until November 24 when the Messenger of the Gods planet enters Sagittarius.
